Accessibility Statement
Nexvato LLC wants every visitor to be able to use nexvato.com, including people who rely on keyboards, screen readers, magnification, or reduced motion. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What we have done
- Automated WCAG 2.2 AA checks (axe) on our main pages, with the issues found on 2026-09-05 fixed: form controls now have accessible names, navigation menus no longer misuse ARIA menu roles, and scrolling content is reachable by keyboard.
- Visible focus styles, a logical heading order, descriptive link text where we found generic labels, and text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Forms that report errors in text, never only by colour, and that always offer a phone number as an alternative way to reach us.
- Respect for the “reduce motion” system preference on animated sections.
Known limitations
- Some older service pages and tool pages still have images without dimensions or headings that skip a level. We are working through them.
- A full manual screen-reader pass (VoiceOver) of every page has not yet been completed; it is scheduled as part of our ongoing review.
- Third-party embeds (chat widget, video players, form challenges) are provided by other companies and may not meet the same standard.
