Accessibility statement
Nexvato is committed to making nexvato.com usable by everyone. Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Here is what we have done, what we are still working on, and how to reach us.
Overview
Nexvato LLC wants every visitor to be able to use nexvato.com, including people who rely on keyboards, screen readers, magnification, or reduced motion. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. The site partially conforms: some pages do not yet meet every Level AA requirement, as listed under Known limitations.
What we have done
- Automated WCAG 2.2 AA checks (axe) on our main pages. Fixes so far include accessible names for form controls, correct roles on navigation menus, and keyboard access to scrolling content.
- A logical heading order, descriptive link text where we found generic labels, and text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Forms that report errors in text, never only by color, and that always offer a phone number as an alternative way to reach us.
- Respect for the “reduce motion” system preference on animated sections.
Known limitations
- Some older service pages, tool pages and articles still have color-contrast issues, images without dimensions, or headings that skip a level. We are working through them.
- A full manual screen-reader pass (VoiceOver) of every page has not yet been completed; it is scheduled as part of our ongoing review.
- Third-party services, such as our booking calendar and the security check on our contact form, are provided by other companies and may not meet the same standard.

This statement was last reviewed in September 2026. We do not use accessibility overlay widgets; we fix the underlying code instead.
